Fernz managed the catering and beverages in the VIP hospitality areas, along with all catering required for racers, judges and television crews for the week leading up to the race day.
ITU World Championship Series Grand Final Auckland, Queens Wharf, October 2012
Fernz was selected as caterer for the World Triathlon Grand Final. This included catering the opening ceremony pasta party for 3,700 people and the closing ceremony awards dinner for 4,500 people. Fernz managed the supply of alcohol and non alcoholic drinks, provided catering for the VIPs over the race weekend and also managed the catering for the hundreds of volunteers over the days prior to the main event, and on the race days. Fernz have been secured to cater this event again in April 2013.

Foo Fighters Concert, Western Springs, December 2011
Fernz was the sole supplier of alcohol to the general public at the Foo Fighters concert at Western Springs Stadium which attracted 45,000 fans. Fernz accomplished this brilliantly while complying with all special license conditions and practising host responsibility.

Fernz was contracted to cater the opening ceremony at the Cloud for 1,000 people and catered for the VIPs on race day. Fernz also catered for the hundreds of volunteers over the days prior to the main event, and on race day. to the race day.

Fernz was awarded the contract to operate the Rugby World Cup Fanzone within the Cloud Zones 1 & 2 on Queens Wharf. Fernz management and staff were instrumental in ensuring this was a success with visitors to the venue leaving with a positive lasting impression of great New Zealand hospitality. Fernz worked with the exclusive major sponsors to give them maximum exposure.
ACDC Concert, Western Springs, February 2009
Fernz managed all aspects surrounding the supply of alcohol for the general public on a profit share basis at the ACDC concert at Western Springs Stadium. The event attracted 50,000 fans.
