From start to finish, Andrew and his team were incredible. The food was absolutely delicious and one of the standout parts of our wedding — our guests are still talking about it! Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and served seamlessly.Andrew was so easy to communicate with in the lead-up to the day, always helpful, responsive, and accommodating. On the day itself, him and his staff were professional, organised, calm, and such a huge support behind the scenes. They made everything run so smoothly, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about a thing.We’re honestly so grateful for everything they did to help make our day so special. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I had my wedding reception here a couple weeks ago and I can’t thank the FERNZ catering team enough for putting on an amazing night for our friends and family. The food was absolutely delicious and it was such a good feeling to look around the room and see our loved ones being taken care of. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring our head table had enough food and drink the whole night. There was also plenty to go round for our remaining guests AND leftovers that we could take home with us at the end of the night. The bar staff were just as amazing and so were the two security guards we had present. Finally, the day would not have been made possible without the help of my fabulous coordinator, Melisha Sands. Due to a number of different factors, the lead up to the wedding was a stressful experience for me and I was not confident that my dream day could be executed the way I had envisioned. Melisha remained calm and communicated consistently with me ensuring that I was informed of every little detail. I definitely felt a lot more relaxed in the lead up to the day, knowing that every single detail was being managed by Melisha and her team. The end result speaks for itself! We had a magical wedding day and we are grateful that we chose this beautiful venue and the wonderful FERNZ catering team who helped us to create such beautiful memories that we will cherish forever.

Our weightlifting NZ fundraiser was hugely successful thanks to this team, the setup was perfect, the food was even better than we could have asked for and the staff were highly organised and always quick to reply/help. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for this event and we look forward to the next.

The Fernz Catering team were incredibly welcoming and super helpful! The food was delicious and we enjoyed the ambiance. Mid Winter at the races is a great way to catch up with friends or Family. Also a great night out for a work function. We'll definitely be back!

Best experience with FERZ CATERING at Alexandra park. Andrew and his team very easy to communicate with from booking room, set up and run sheet for the night. Had formal dinner for 70+ event and went with island menu buffet. Food was on point and everyone absolutely couldn't stop raving about it. Pork and seafood was highlights 🔥🔥🔥.

Easy to deal with and always flexible, Liz and Shirley are both great to deal with- use Fernz multiple times for our work functions with 500+ attendees, always deliverers - cheers
