ON STAND BEVERAGE SERVICE
Beverages are delivered chilled to stands at a pre-arranged time
Wine bottles come with disposable wine glasses
Real glasses can be hired for $28 per rack of 25 glasses
Please discuss any refrigeration requirements with your stand builder
Any alcohol not consumed must be returned, no alcohol can be removed from the site
A selection of food is required to be available in conjunction with Auckland Council Licencing laws, please refer to our platters menus
Please note: Your event organisers will need to provide written approval for on stand beverage service
A qualified Duty Manager will be required for the duration of the service $48.50 per hour including 30 min prior to opening to set up, and 30 min after service to pack down.
Larger events will required bar tenders for $44.50 per hour
1-40 guests = 1 duty manager
40-80 guests = 1 duty manager, 1 bar tender
80-120 guests = 1 duty manager, 2 bar tenders
